Seven reasons to work for Ignyto

Ignyto is a Salesforce Summit consulting partner founded in 2016, with 35+ people and offices in London, Manchester and Dublin. We hire Salesforce consultants, architects, developers and project managers, and these are the seven things people who join us tell us made the difference.

1. The work is genuinely varied

We have delivered over 1,000 projects across manufacturing, financial services, life sciences, professional services, field service and sport. In a single year a consultant here might work on a Revenue Cloud configuration, an ERP integration and an Agentforce build. That is unusual — larger firms tend to put people on one account for years.

2. You work on the newest parts of the platform

We were early into Agentforce, Data Cloud and Slack work, and clients now come to us specifically for it. If you want AI and integration experience on real implementations rather than in a sandbox, the work exists here now.

3. Certifications are paid for and expected

We hold 115 Salesforce certifications across the team. Study time and exam costs are covered, and consultants are supported through the credentials that suit where they want to go — architect, functional specialist or delivery. It is part of the job rather than something to fit around it.

4. The team is small enough that your work is visible

At 35 people, there is no layer between you and the decision. Consultants talk directly to clients, shape the solution and see the outcome. Our 4.9 average client CSAT and the Salesforce Partner CSAT Award 2024 came from that closeness, not from a delivery process.

5. Recognised work, not just busy work

Salesforce named us FY26 Engagement Excellence Partner of the Year. That award is based on how clients rate the engagement, which means it reflects the work the delivery team actually did rather than sales volume.

6. We hire for attitude and train the rest

Some of our strongest consultants came from outside the ecosystem entirely — we have written about why we hire for attitude rather than just experience. If you are curious, straight with people and willing to learn the platform properly, the lack of a Salesforce CV is not a barrier.

7. Time is given back to the community

We follow the Salesforce 1-1-1 model. Pro bono delivery is real work, not a volunteering day — our Loreto Centre Crumlin project was delivered free of charge, and there are quarterly charity days alongside it.

What we look for

  • People who ask what the business is trying to achieve before reaching for a Salesforce feature.
  • Consultants who will tell a client the honest answer, including when the honest answer is no.
  • A willingness to share what you know. Knowledge sharing across the team is how a firm this size covers this much of the platform.
  • Comfort working with UK, Irish and European clients, and with colleagues in several locations.

Current vacancies are listed on the Ignyto careers page. If nothing there fits but you think you should be here, tell us via the contact page — we would rather hear from you than miss you.

Common questions

Where are Ignyto’s offices?

London, Manchester and Dublin. Team members are based in other locations too, and we work with clients across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Do you pay for Salesforce certifications?

Yes. Exam costs and study time are covered, and consultants are supported through the credential path that fits their direction, whether that is architecture, a functional specialism or delivery.

Do I need Salesforce experience to apply?

Not always. Several of our consultants joined from outside the ecosystem. Platform knowledge can be taught; the analytical and client-facing instincts are what we screen for.

Ignyto is a Salesforce Summit partner with 115 certifications and 1,000+ projects delivered since 2016, working from London, Manchester and Dublin.
