Ignyto is now an Anthropic Claude Registered Partner, a member of the Claude Partner Network. It sits alongside our Salesforce Summit partnership, and it changes something specific for clients: the AI we recommend can be built on the platform that suits the problem, rather than the one we happen to sell.
Most AI conversations start with a product. A vendor demonstrates its own agent, the demo goes well, and the question of whether that particular tool is the right answer never really gets asked. It is a poor way to make a decision that will sit in the middle of your operations for years.
Holding partnerships with both Salesforce and Anthropic removes our reason to steer you. Where an agent belongs inside your CRM, grounded in your own records with the sharing model and audit trail already in place, Agentforce is usually the sensible home for it. Where the work sits outside the CRM, or spans systems that Salesforce does not own, building directly on Claude is often cleaner and easier to govern. We can now do either, and say honestly which one we would pick.
The point of this is not the badge. It is what AI does to the cost of running a business.
Done properly, AI absorbs the repetitive work — the chasing, the copying between systems, the checks people miss on a busy day. That lets a business grow without growing headcount at the same rate, and it lets smaller organisations compete with much larger ones on speed and responsiveness. The efficiency, scale and flexibility that used to require a big team is increasingly available to a small one that has its data and processes in order.
The constraint is almost never the model. It is whether your records agree with each other, whether the systems either side of them are connected, and whether the processes you want automated are written down rather than remembered. That is why our starting point is an AI readiness assessment rather than a product recommendation.
The sequence has not changed. We establish what an AI agent could truthfully do on your data today, agree the narrowest use case worth proving, and put the guardrails in before anything goes in front of a customer. Only then does the platform question come up, and by that point the answer is usually obvious from the evidence.
Often the honest recommendation is not an agent at all. Better integration between systems, tighter data quality or a process change delivers more, sooner, at less risk. A partner with only one product to sell has no incentive to tell you that.
If you are being asked what your AI plan is, the useful first step is finding out what your data could support. The AI readiness assessment gives you that in writing, with a ranked shortlist of use cases and a plan you keep whether or not you build with us. If you already know the use case, our Claude AI consulting and AI and Agentforce work covers the build itself.
Ignyto has delivered over a thousand Salesforce projects since 2016 from London, Manchester and Dublin. More about how we work, or book a discovery call and we will tell you what we would look at first.
It is a member of the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic’s programme for organisations that build on Claude. Ignyto holds the Registered tier, alongside its Salesforce Summit partnership.
No. Ignyto remains a Salesforce Summit partner, the top tier of the Salesforce partner programme. The Claude partnership means AI work can be built on Claude directly where Salesforce is not the right home for it.
The assessment decides it. Where an agent belongs inside the CRM, grounded in your own records with the sharing model and audit trail already in place, Agentforce is usually the right home. Where the work spans systems Salesforce does not own, building on Claude is often cleaner to govern. Holding both partnerships means Ignyto has no reason to push either one.
No pitch deck. We will tell you what the work involves, roughly what it costs, and whether the return is there.
