How Iggy, the Ignyto AI agent, works

Iggy is a Salesforce Agentforce service agent embedded on ignyto.com. It answers questions about Salesforce and about Ignyto, grounded in this website's own case studies, service pages and insights articles, and hands over to the Ignyto team when a question needs a person.

What Iggy is grounded in

Iggy answers from published Ignyto content indexed into Salesforce Data Cloud: 78 Salesforce case studies, 93 insights articles and guides, and the service, industry and office pages on this site. It retrieves from that material and cites where an answer came from.

It has no access to client records, contracts, commercial terms or anything not published on this website. If an answer is not in that content, Iggy says so rather than guessing.

Will
Answer and point you at proof
Scope, clouds implemented, integrations and outcomes from real Ignyto projects, with a link to the case study or guide behind it.
Will
Explain what drives the cost
Scope, clouds, integration, the state of your data and the regulatory load. Iggy will not give a figure or a range — Ignyto prices only after a full discovery.
Will not
Advise on your contracts
Legal, security review, commercial terms and anything about an existing project go to a named person at Ignyto, not to an agent.

When does it hand over to a human?

Whenever you ask for one. It also hands over automatically when a question involves pricing, contracts, legal or security review, when it concerns an existing project or support ticket, or when it cannot answer confidently from published content. Handover creates an enquiry in Ignyto’s own Salesforce and the team responds within one working day.

How your data is handled

Conversations run through Salesforce Agentforce on the Einstein Trust Layer. Prompts are not retained by the underlying model provider and are not used to train third-party models. Transcripts are stored against your enquiry in Ignyto’s own Salesforce and handled under the Ignyto privacy policy. Do not put confidential information, credentials or personal data about other people into the agent.

Accuracy, and what to do when it is wrong

AI responses can be wrong. Nothing Iggy says is a quote, a commitment or professional advice, and where an answer matters, check it against the linked page or ask the team. If Iggy gets something wrong, tell us through the contact form — corrections feed straight back into the grounding content.

If Iggy offers to email you ideas

On questions about getting more from an existing Salesforce, or about data quality, Iggy will offer to have Ignyto email you a short set of specific ideas. That is a real person writing back, not an automated sequence — a consultant reads what you have described and replies within one working day. Your details go into Ignyto’s own Salesforce as an enquiry and are handled under the Ignyto privacy policy. You will not be added to a marketing list unless you ask to be.

Why Ignyto built this

Ignyto implements Agentforce for clients across the UK and Ireland, so running one on our own website is the honest test of it. The build follows the same pattern we deliver: Agentforce on Data Cloud, grounded in owned content, with defined topics, explicit guardrails and a clean handover path. If you want the same, start with the Agentforce and AI page or book a scoping call.
